Age: 0-3 and their playful parents/carers.
Suitable clothing/equipment: Comfortable clothing and bare feet.
Description of a typical class: Movement play and dance for young children and their parents/carers. We offer props, songs and physical play to support children's creativity and well being.
History of the dance style: The classes are informed by research into creativity, movement play, developmental movement, communication, physical development, emotional well being, attachment, the Early Years Foundation Stage, Early Years musicality, baby yoga, Dance Movement Therapy - but most of all they're just fantastic fun!
