Suitable clothing/equipment:
Clothes: Close fitting, comfortable clothes:
• For girls, leotard and tights/socks worn with an (optional) skirt is ideal, but dance/jazz pants, shorts, leggings, or tracksuit bottoms (shorter leg length to avoid trips/falls), worn with T-shirt/camisole top is also suitable.
• For boys, a T-shirt worn with shorts or leggings/dance tights is ideal, but tracksuit bottoms (shorter leg length to avoid trips/falls) are also suitable.
Shoes:- Soft ballet shoes are ideal, soft jazz shoes or socks would be a suitable alternative.
Description of a typical class: A fun and exciting way to learn the art of Classical Ballet without the pressure of exams. Learning technique and sequences at a Beginners level.
