Changemakers

Dance City has been selected by Changemakers, a national youth charity, to be a Host Organisation for their Organisational Development Programme.

The Changemakers Organisational Development Programme aims to unleash and develop leadership potential for 16-25 year olds through a mix of real life placement, peer support, expert input, training, and one-to-one coaching. This support brings out the confidence to lead and builds awareness of values, identity and leadership styles.
