This has been made possible partly through their move into a new £7.6m purpose-built dancehouse in 2005.
National Diplomas are equivalent to 3 A levels but are more vocational (training and assessment are focused on the skills you need to work in the industry) and therefore ideal if you know you want a career in dance.
If you attend the course full time you are expected to achieve the National Diploma (18 units) over a 2 year period.
A number of specified units are assessed on a combination of coursework and external tests with the rest of the programme units assessed on a coursework basis.
