If you are looking for the ultimate birthday experience then Dance City has it all! Prices start from £150 with each party lasting 1 hour in one of our dance studios. Choose from one of these fantastic party ideas or give us a call to discuss any ideas of your own:

Twirling Tots
Let your imagination run away whilst you move, dance and play. Perfect for under 4’s to share with their parents/guardians.

The parties below include a short performance at the end of the session for your stars to show off their new moves!

West End Wonders
Set to a song especially chosen by the birthday boy or girl from their favorite musical, this fun session will take you straight to the West End.

Urban Funk
Dance the time away to popular music and the most up-to-date commercial tunes, from Hip-Hop to Street, you decide.

Breaker Boyz
This party will have you Breaking, Locking, Popping and Hip-Hopping around in style to the baddest tunes in town.

Pirouetting Princesses
Let your little princess come along and learn how to dance like a Ballerina with a mixture of turning, twirling and imaginary games to help them along the way.

Themed party
Be it Party Princesses, Pirates or Pop stars, you decide what your theme will be and the tutor will design the session around it with music, choreography and games to match.

Children’s party catering
After the party has finished, you can carry on the fun with a feast, tunes and games in our exclusive workshop space. You can hire our workshop space at £30 per hour for self catering.

Hen Parties

Get your Hen Party off with a bang at Dance City!

Enjoy the ultimate Hen Party experience at Dance City with a fabulous dance session that will get you ready for a night out in Newcastle City Centre or just a fun way to spend some quality time with your friends before the big day.

We will teach you a dance routine to dazzle your wedding party, or have a fun upside down aerial session ideal for pictures and video to make sure your wedding party never forgets the day. Prices start from just £10.50 per person. You can choose from one of these fantastic party ideas, or talk to our Events Team about any other ideas you might have.

Come fly with us!
This hen party offers you the chance to create fantastic shapes on the trapeze, to spin in the hoop, and to dance upside down in the cocoons and on the silks! Bring costumes and cameras!

Price: £325 (Maximum 14 participants)

Street Divas
Let your Street Diva burst out, dancing to the best tunes by chart topping royalty. The routine will equip you with a combination of steps from music videos and new chorography and promises to be fun fast and fierce.

Price: £210 (Maximum 20 participants)

Musical Theatre
Set to a song especially chosen for the bride-to-be, this session will take you straight to the West End. You will learn the choreography from the show the song has been taken from so that you can then wow the guests on the big day when you all burst into a routine. It is guaranteed to get the party started.

Burlesque
Have fun, feel glamorous and discover your inner femme fatale with a workshop led by our Burlesque expert. The workshop covers the basic of posture, posing, walking and peeling, all rolled into a simple and sexy burlesque routine.
