What is it?
Taking inspiration from ballet movements, techniques and postures, this class will focus on the fundamentals of body conditioning to help strengthen the core, encourage good posture and alignment, and increase flexibility. The classes are structured using techniques of classical ballet that are combined with stretching and core strengthening exercises, that will allow you to develop toned muscles and confidence. Intense but gentle techniques will work out the muscles – improving breathing, concentration, relaxation and fluidity.
Ballet is a great release of stress, allowing you the freedom to express yourself through movement, with a demonstrable effect on the way you perceive yourself, and how others look at you.

Who is it for?
Anyone aged 16+ with any level of ballet experience.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing, socks or ballet shoes.
