Patricia's Pro Class will be a Creative Vinyasa Yoga Flow that is fun and funky. Starting with a lighthearted full body warm up preparing for a stimulating, quirky flow that keeps you mindfully focused in your body leaving you feeling restored and back to your best self.

Patricia’s classes draw influence from other yoga and movement teachers including Meghan Currie, Celest Pereira, Shona Vertue and Naomi Absalom.

As part of Dance City's continuing commitment to support the development of professional artists, the Professional Dance Artist programme offers FREE daily class for professional artists. These classes are suitable for those who are at a professional standard.
