Pro Class Yoga with Pamela Galbraith

This vinyasa flow class will draw upon aspects of traditional yoga through pranayama (breathing practises), kriyas (purification practises), meditation and asana (postures). We will focus on backbending postures in order to access and open the heart centre or the Anahata chakra as it is known in the yogic system. Props required: a yoga belt (dressing gown belt will work), 2 yoga blocks (or a pile of books).
