*This is a hybrid class. The teacher will be filmed live at Dance City and you will take part at home via Zoom whilst some people will be taking part in the studio with social distancing*
Within the class Rob shares a selected variety of movement based tasks, patterns and games. He employs these in his personal day to day practice, aiming to dynamically and creatively challenge pre-existing movement habits, and discover new ones. Although far from a traditional technique class, he does rely on release, B-boying, locomotive and somatic techniques to convey the themes offered throughout. He tries to strike a balance between challenge and enjoyment/fun whilst you move, therefore it is encouraged to take the class at your own pace and find that balance for yourself.
