Inspire Festival Pilates Workshop
Strengthen and tone with pilates

This workshop consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance for grace and ease in your daily movements. Most classes will begin with some Feldenkrais (somatic movement technique) exercises to improve awareness, reduce tension and encourage the greatest efficiency of moving.
