What is it?
This is an upbeat, up-to-date class is for anyone who has a good knowledge of basic tap steps and wants to challenge their rhythm and musicality skills. Inspired by new-style American Rhythm Tap, you will gain a deeper understanding of beats and tonal qualities, whilst learning fun, fast paced and grounded choreography. Think Stomp meets Happy Feet!

Contemporary Tap explores rhythmic, creative and percussive choreography to modern music genres. These routines push the boundaries of conventional tap techniques.

Who is it for? For adults of all ages with tap experience, who are familiar with basic tap steps.

What should I wear? Comfortable clothing and tap shoes. Tap shoes can be borrowed from Dance City if we have your size.

What shall I bring? Bottle of water.
