About
Class description:

This fast-paced contemporary class is perfect for dancers ready to take their training to the next level. Each term introduces fresh exercises that feed into a dynamic movement phrase, developed and expanded fortnightly, giving you the opportunity to refine your technique and grow your artistry over time. Ideal for those with a strong foundation in contemporary, it offers an inspiring, energetic, and truly rewarding challenge.

Contemporary (or modern) dance is an expressive and versatile style that blends elements of classical technique with freedom of movement and creativity. It focuses on fluidity, strength, floor work, and dynamic changes in speed and direction. Dancers explore storytelling, musicality, and personal expression, often combining technical precision with grounded, natural movement.
