Rhiannon Faith Company class will be lead by company Rehearsal Director Shelley Eva Haden.
Shelley Eva Haden’s classes focus on freedom and exhilaration for the dancer. You will glide through the practice of meditation, improvisation, and conditioning for the dancer. The class will build, reaching 'air through the hair' dancing and traveling. Don't think '5 6 7 8', think of joy, pleasure and pattern finding. Expect a vibrant, juicy and engaging class, fuelled by top notch tunes and plenty of good vibes.
