This is a free masterclass for aerial artists who want to develop their rope skills. Prerequisites will be climbing and inverting in the air.
In this workshop you will learn dynamic techniques including a variety of beat pathways and methods. Students will learn new entrances into wraps, open drops and drills for release moves.
The workshop will also focus on creative transitions as well as some good old flips & flops.

The teacher - Kelsey Bell
Kelsey dabbles across circus varietals having taught and performed flying trapeze, static trapeze, and partner acrobatics alongside her specializations in aerial silks and rope. Her training has taken many forms: she received a BA in Theatre Arts from PSU (Portland, OR, USA), was a member of a pre-professional training company at A-WOL Dance Collective in Portland, and received a 2 Year Diploma from Circomedia (Bristol). She has performed at multiple corporate functions, for companies including Adidas and with circus companies including Citrus Arts, Bassline Circus, and Above & Beyond

Kelsey has most recently taught and performed at Extreme Circus in the Dominican Republic, at Trapeze Arts in Oakland, California, and for Gorilla Circus in London.

Most of all, Kelsey is a mover and a shaker, and she is beyond excited to carry on sharing this art form with others.
