What is it?
Hang upside down, try out the trapeze, silks and learn new skills in this specialist family workshop, (ticket admits one adult and a child). Try the trapeze, silks, cocoon and hoop at this workshop for children aged 3-12 and their families. You will play together, learn new skills and practice how to support each other using our specialist equipment. Hang tutors are all experienced aerialists and dance teachers and will guide you safely in this fun activity.
These workshops will teach you new skills, give you time to practice and teach you how to support and encourage each other.
Family Hang is suitable for one adult and one child (additional places are subject to availability. Please contact the ticket office for further information). Children must be accompanied by a participating adult throughout the workshop.

Who is it for?
Children aged 3-12 and one adult.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing for this activity, making sure you cover up your arms and torso with a close fitting top. Don’t wear anything with zips or metal.

What should I bring?
Comfy clothes and water

Teacher Lynn Campbell.
Lynn has trained as a teacher, aerial dancer, Dance Movement Psychotherapist and Movement Medicine teacher. She is passionate about creating opportunities to move and experiment with bodies and hang upside down.
