Pilates Barre Sculpt is a dynamic, low-impact workout that blends the precision of Pilates with the strength-building elements of barre.
Using controlled movements, light resistance, and body-weight exercises, this class focuses on sculpting and toning the whole body, especially the core, legs, and glutes.
Expect a mix of standing barre work, mat-based Pilates sequences, and gentle cardio pulses to improve posture, flexibility, balance, and overall strength.
