Come together and explore some ideas with Dora, independent artist, educator, dance notator, finding ‘ways to get going’ and ’ways to develop ideas’.

The workshop includes solo and group movement, dance, improvisation tasks, spontaneous composition and reflection time.

Working in silence, with breath pulse and with music the session will start simply building in intensity as we proceed.

Suitable for advanced and professional movers and dancers from dance, theatre, circus and mime worlds.

Participants from marginalised communities and the Global majority are particularly welcome.
