Rosie Macari

Rosie is a Northeast based artist who has worked extensively as a performer for various companies around the U.K. Rosie has toured nationally and internationally over the past 10 years. Credits include: Motionhouse Dance Theatre, Southpaw Dance Company, Linden Dance Company, Gratte Ciel, Scarabeus Aerial Dance Theatre, Lo-Giudice Dance, Theatre Hullabaloo and Fully Booked Theatre. She has performed in outdoor festival settings, theatre productions, site-specific and durational performances.

Lila Naruse

Lila is a mixed heritage dance artist who deeply values playfulness, challenge and connection with an ongoing dedication to environmental sustainability within her approach. Her artistic journey have been rooted in performance, creation, and collaboration. Lila has worked with a mix of contemporary dance, theatre and circus companies and organisations such as; Ockham's Razor, Upswing, Southpaw Dance Company, Hit The Ground Running Dance Theatre, Ascension Dance, Gebremedhin Dance etc.

Class will be a combination of traditional contemporary exercises including: plies, tendues, shifting onto travelling phrases to connect us to the floor and finishing with a phrase that has elements of repertoire in from Aetherbound

We are looking forward to delivering class for the local community and seeing new faces, it has been a while since we have delivered class to the Northeast Pro Dance community
