TrashDollys Professional intensives are a playful and inclusive environment, designed for movers from all backgrounds who wish to explore the company’s recognizable movement style.

TrashDollys movement has a fluid, yet powerful aesthetic that encompasses the freedom and expressive nature of Bboying, with additional influences from Martial Arts and Contemporary Dance. There is an emphasis on versatility, and acquiring techniques which allow the body to constantly enter new or unorthodox territory whilst maintaining flow, control and rhythm.

The intensive will focus on four areas:

| Play: a series of playful exercises aimed to soften and bring awareness to the body.

I Technique: refreshing and innovative floor work techniques, how to unlock power in unlikely positions whilst maintaining flow and control.

I Repertoire: company repertoire designed to build confidence with weight exchange, flying and inversions.
