Lennie - Flying Slow

Flying Slow is an online ‘home based’ adaptation of Flying Low. Taking things slower we will break down the detail of this floor work technique, looking at how we move in and out of the floor with as much efficiency and body awareness as possible. We will have two sessions of Flying Slow this week so we will start with the basics of this technique, getting in and out of the floor with simple movements and phrases but will quickly develop to longer and more complex phrases as well as learning more advanced moves and ideas that can be incorporated into your wider floor work practice.
