What is it?
Girlz Only is an urban class with a contemporary twist. This class will take you through a fast pace cardio warm up which will then lead to a technique class with a touch of contemporary with an urban vibe as well as learning choreography. This class will give you all the skills you need for performance.

Who is it for?
Any girl aged 11-15, all levels welcome.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing, leggings, tracksuit bottoms (not shorts) and T-shirt etc.

What should I bring?
Bottle of water

Teacher Elizabeth Senior
Elizabeth completed her BA (Hons) Dance Professional practice through Dance City Newcastle and Northumbria University. Throughout her degree she gained a wide range of teaching experience, from dance in schools to studios. She has experience in ballet, modern and hip hop but her main interest is contemporary dance. She has always enjoyed teaching and working with young people, particularly teenagers. She aims to create a fun and energetic environment where all the dancers improve in confidence and ability.
