The CAT Manager will take responsibility for the effective day to day running of the Centre for Advanced Training Programme, overseeing all administrative tasks, you will co-ordinate all applications and audition enquiries, complete grant applications and manage invoicing for the programme.
You will develop and maintain excellent relationships and communications with local education providers, dance schools and other dance training providers.
As the public face of the CAT programme, you must have exceptional people skills and be able to communicate well with parents and children, as well as other members of your team and the wider Company.
Alongside your people skills and outgoing nature, you will have exceptional administrative and organisational abilities and enjoy working as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have three years’ experience of working with children in dance, and knowledge of classical ballet, with an understanding of the CAT programme.
