Our supporters have exclusive insights into Dance City’s work, from our education and training programmes for young people, to creative opportunities for professional dance artists, to our innovative dance for health programme.
The training at Dance City allowed me to meet the amazing people and allowed me to gain skills which apply beyond dance – especially elements like having a determined mind set; being organised; being creative. The knowledge I gained from the Centre for Advanced Training led me to audition for dance schools for vocational training. I’m currently a second year student at the Rambert School of Ballet & Contemporary Dance, which wouldn’t have been possible without the skills I acquired from training at Dance City.

Dance City Producing Patron
Become a Dance City Producing Patron and ensure that Dance City can continue to be a catalyst for the creation and presentation of exceptional, inspiring dance – in our theatre, across the North East, nationally and internationally.
In recognition of the exceptional impact of this gift Dance City will work with Production Patrons to creative a bespoke package of opportunities to engage with our artistic programme*.

Dance City Champions
By donating from the equivalent of £5 a month your donation will help to ensure that Dance City can continue to create great dance experiences for people in the North East for the long-term.
Become a Dance City Champion and support Dance City to continue to inspire people across the North East with the joy of dance. From encouraging children and young people to take their first steps into dance; to programming dance that moves and inspires audiences; to building confidence and supporting lifelong health through projects with communities.
Platinum
Platinum Champions receive regular updates and invitations to backstage tours, open rehearsals, opportunities to meet artists and bespoke events.

Gold
Gold Champions receive regular updates, invitations to events, including backstage tours, open rehearsals and talks and opportunities to meet with artists and social events.
Annual donation: £500
Silver
Silver Champions receive regular news and updates and invitations to behind-the-scenes events such as backstage tours and open rehearsals, together with acknowledgment on Dance City’s supporters panel on our website.

Dance City Centre for Advanced Training Circle
Support the next generation of dancers by joining the CAT Circle. With your support we can continue to provide high quality advanced training for talented young dancers in the North East, together with wellbeing support and bursary funds.
