Art of Spectra will be offering a pro class as part of their Creative Summer.
The workshop / class starts with a standing warm-up that focuses on strength, agility and simpler mechanics from the Art of Spectra movement chart. The class then switches to working with floor work, mechanics, spirals, off-balance, weight shifts and methods that Art of Spectra uses in its distinctive style.
