The class will begin with a yoga warm up - mobilising the body, and connecting it to the breath and mind.

From here, Lizzie and Luca will facilitate an extended improvisation that draws upon scores they have developed in process of creating their new work a really small dance, exploring visualisation, musicality and a sense of playfulness.

This will be accompanied by a live Leeds based DJ, Charlotte Bickley.
