Class description: Targets: coordination, hand and wrist mobility, cardio. Bollywood is a commercial or Western name for the Hindi film industry. Bollywood dance is set to the music released in films. It is one of the biggest cultural exports of India today. Bollywood dance has varied styles and techniques, it can borrow from Indian classical dance or Western pop influences, folk dance and more. Bollywood has become synonymous with storytelling, costumes, gestures and beautiful visualisation. It’s fun and very expressive. We start with a warm up and a few basic stretches then introduce you to trying to learn a short sequence with a cool down at the end. The class is suitable for all levels, and the main objective is to have fun with some great music and people.
Who is it for? Adults of all ages and abilities
What should I wear? Comfortable clothing. Socks or bare feet.
What do I need to bring? Water.

As we settle into the term, we apologise that classes are a little sporadic at first; however, we are hoping to run consecutive weeks from June
