About
Class description: 55 Improvers/Advanced Ballet offers dancers, with previous experience, the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the ballet technique, incorporating barre work and centre work with a focus on maintaining strength, flexibility and balance while respecting the body’s physical changes. This class encourages not only the physical benefits, but the mental sharpness, creativity and emotional expression, offering a space for dancers to continue growing artistically and physically in a supportive environment.
What should I wear:? Comfortable clothing, nothing too loose. Ballet shoes or socks.
What should I bring:? Something to tie your hair back if you have long hair.
Teacher: Jenny Chrisp
