The class is rooted in contemporary movement practices and begins with full body mobilisation and conditioning, using a series of dynamic isolations and strengthening exercises to warm up the body and build stamina. We’ll then explore improvisation techniques to encourage freedom of movement, creativity, and connection to the music, while gradually increasing the cardiovascular intensity. Expect floor work, movement drills, and an uplifting soundtrack throughout. The class finishes with a more structured sequence of exercises focused on shifting weight, flow, coordination, and confidently moving in and out of the floor.
