About the Class

Alyssa's class focuses on creating space for freedom and individuality for the dancer. Described as a 'holiday in the body', the session is an insight into Alyssa's movement language, which places exploration and joy at the heart of it all. Starting with tuning in to the body through phrases to ground the body, moving into release - inspired phrases that encourage flow and progressing into exploration of larger, expansive movement. Expect a class to leave you energised and connected!
