ProAction Training aims to offer professional dancers different tools to expand their technical and artistic skills. This is a release and floor-work based class, influenced by Flying Low and Passing Through technique and philosophy. The class is highly dynamic, functional and energising. We will practise the softness of the weight respecting the biomechanics of the body. The object is to develop proprioception, enhance external awareness, build stamina and practice the use of momentum with control. Come and have fun!

Luca is a London based Italian dance practitioner, researcher and academic, with over ten years of international experience in teaching, performance and choreography. He is Programme Leader for the BA Hons dance degree, Dance
East & University of Suffolk.
Luca is a Studio Team Member and FreeSpace Programme curator at Studio Wayne McGregor and has his own company Barber Dance. He teaches company class for the Ensemble and proclass for DC, when we are in residence.
