About
Join Alé on Sunday 15th October 2023 to celebrate her 10 years of being a Zumba Instructor!
You’re invited to an epic party full of shimmying, shaking and everything joyful!
Whether you’re a front row Zumba diva or a complete dance newbie, everyone is welcome to come along and see what all the Zumba fuss is about!
This fabulous day of celebration will include a 1-hour Zumba class with Alé as well as cake stall, raffle and lots of fabulous surprises!
What is Zumba?
Zumba takes the ‘work’ out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high intensity moves for a dance fitness party! Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Zumba is a dance-based fitness class and therefore by attending this event you are confirming that you are voluntarily engaging in an acceptable level of exercise and recognise that there is always an element of risk involved with any physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically able to participate in this Zumba class. Should you have any concerns, please contact Alé directly.
Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the Zumba class and bring water to keep you hydrated.
All profit from ticket sales as well as money raised on the day will be going towards the Charity, United for Children North east.
18+ event.
Spaced are limited be sure to book your tickets early!
