Showcasing new work from community companies across the region, INSPIRE presents an exciting and diverse programme of dance and film, celebrating the timeless power of movement and human connections. Dance has no upper age limit - it welcomes all and Dance City is proud to support all ages to discover their passion for dance.

There will be a pre-show warm up in the foyer from 5.15pm run by Live Well and Dance With Parkinson's, which is an open participation opportunity.
