About
Class description: Whether an experienced dancer or new to dance, Afro Mix is an effective dance work-out comprising a mixture of Afro-Caribbean dance styles. Afro Mix mostly draws on pelvic and hip movements combined with travelling, thus engaging you lower body and your major thigh muscles (such as quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes).
Please be aware that this class is currently rehearsing for an upcoming show, so they will be rehearsing a routine until 30th November 2025. Participants who are not performing in the show are still welcome to attend the classes in the lead up to the show.
Who is it for? Adults of all ages and abilities
What should I wear? Comfortable workout clothes, pumps/trainers
What do I need to bring? Bottle of water

Annesha has a wide experience in Afro mix, Commercial, Hip Hop, Locking, Whacking and Break Dance.
Annesha has taught & trained dancers for various competitions , shows & curriculum in schools.After graduating from University of Bedfordshire Annesha has part taken in a few projects such as; Open Art Surgery run by Jonzi D, Artist4Artist run by Lee Griffith and DanceCity showcases.
Annesha loves to perform and works on her own creative process through her freestyles.
PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS IS FOR ADULTS AGED 18 AND ABOVE.
