Community Dance Artist Call Out – Open Workshop
When: 11th December 10am -12pm

What is it for?
We are currently investing in the development of a small core team to deliver on our community participation and future projects. To fly the flag for Dance City by leading exciting, innovative workshops across the North East. We are encouraging a wide range of dance artists to attend to cover a collective range of experience and specialisms.
We invite you to come along so we can get to know more about you and see if this opportunity is for you by hosting an open workshop.
What you will need to prepare for the day:
- Please prepare a short warm up, sequence/ exercise, or travel to deliver to the group.
- As a group role play, choose an age range/ group of your choice to deliver this segment to ie:
“This travel has been created to deliver to a SEND Y4 school group…and I will teach accordingly”
Requirements:
- BA Hons Dance (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering any of the following: curriculum, community, SEND.
