General Manager Role, Company of Others

Role: General Manager – Full Time
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £24,000
Terms: 17-month fixed term contract (Dec 2016 – May 2018)

Company of Others was founded by Artistic Director Nadia Iftkhar in 2014 to create work which highlights and shares stories of the human experience, drawn from the diverse communities they work with.

In 2016 Company of Others were awarded Elevate funding from Arts Council England in order to develop the company’s infrastructure, strategic planning and capacity in recognition of the organisation’s contribution to the Creative Case for Diversity. This is an exciting time of growth for the company and they are seeking a driven, brave and energetic General Manager to play a key role in the development and running of the company. Embedded in the role are CPD opportunities which reflect their intention to invest in the people they work with.
