Pavilion Dance South West seeks a: Young People’s Producer

Pavilion Dance South West is a national dance development organisation with a dance house in Bournemouth and a regional remit across the south west. They are also an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.

This is a newly upgraded role within the organisation, representing their commitment to the provision of excellent dance experiences for young people in Bournemouth and across the South West.

The role is all about bringing energy, imagination and leadership to the development and management of creative dance projects and opportunities for children and young people.

They are looking for a dynamic and superbly organised individual who is passionate about dance, is an excellent communicator, and enjoys taking responsibility.

You will have previous experience producing young people’s dance or arts projects and activities led by professional practitioners, and will have worked in close partnerships with schools, colleges and other young people’s providers before.

Salary:            £23,000 – £26,000

The post will be based at Pavilion Dance South West’s venue in Bournemouth, Pavilion Dance, and also includes initiating and supporting partnerships across the south west.
