12 months fixed term contract
Full time – 37.5 hours per week (with potential continuation of the role beyond 12 months, subject to funding)

Yorkshire Dance is offering a unique opportunity for an emerging creative producer, with an interest in developing a career in the arts, to gain hands on experience in the dance and performance industries. They are looking for a candidate to bring their own creativity, enthusiasm and passion to make the most of this opportunity.

As part of Yorkshire Dance’s artistic team, you will be working on projects, programmes and events that support artists in the development of new work. This post is funded by the Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries programme. Throughout the year, you will have the opportunity to attend an international festival and take part in training specifically designed by the Jerwood Charitable Foundation for the 40 bursary recipients around the UK.

You will be based in their city-centre building in Leeds, which hosts their offices, studio spaces and regular performances, giving you a real insight and experience of working with a variety of dance artists and in a performance venue.
