Frontiers of Dance and Health Symposium, Cheshire Dance
This two-day symposium is an opportunity for practitioners to share ways in which somatic movement practices and improvisation are applied when working with one-to-one and in groups in hospitals, hospices, healthcare environments and the community. Frontiers of Dance and Health supported by Cheshire Dance and is hosted by Liverpool Improvisation Collective (LIC) as part of the Inhabit project; a partnership with Bluecoat, Liverpool’s Centre for the Contemporary Arts.
Workshops will be led by members of the Knowing Body Network: Penny Collinson, Daphne Cushnie, Lisa Dowler, Susie Tate and Miranda Tufnell.
