Job Opportunity – 2Faced Dance Company

2Faced Dance Company are seeking two male Dance Artists for the creation and tour of their new indoor triple-bill, RUN, working with Artistic Director Tamsin Fitzgerald, guest choreographer Lenka Vagnerová and a BENCH Fellow (to be announced) for a national and international tour, as well as touring the company’s outdoor work KAPOW and Two Old Men.

Applicants must have strong contemporary technique with skills in floor work and partner work. Skilled versatile performers who have strong b-boying foundations and strong acrobatic skill are an advantage. Recent graduates as well as experienced dancers are more than welcome to apply. The company are looking for dancers who have an extraordinary natural performance style, are highly motivated and are consistent. Having strong teaching and communications skills would be desirable as well as a commitment to fully participate in the company’s participation and learning programme.

Candidates should possess strong technical and performance skills and a broad experience including ballet, contemporary dance, improvisation and contact work.

12 month, full-time contract from May 2016. Please note the company is based in Hereford.

Starting Salary: £21,000 upwards
