Leeds Dance Partnership Programme Manager

Leeds Dance Partnership are looking for a Programme Manager to research, develop, manage and support the programmes, commissions and events which support their vision. Working closely with our partner organisations, working groups and relevant networks, this is an exciting, transformative role which is the key to the success of Leeds Dance Partnership.

Based at Northern Ballet’s headquarters, you’ll be responsible for commissioning, capacity building, diversity, talent and audience development. You will work with a range of stakeholders to project manage initiatives in learning and engagement, place making, research and network development and well-being.

Highly experienced in initiating, developing and managing work programmes, you will have a strong track record in project and stakeholder management. With experience of working in the cultural or public sector and knowledge about dance, you will have well-established professional relationships and networks and experience of successful fundraising and income generation.

Programme design and delivery will be undertaken in association with partners, working groups and relevant networks.

  • Salary: £32,000
  • 12 months fixed term contract from April 2020
