Participation Producer – Community & Wellbeing (fixed term, maternity cover)

If you have a dance background and love sharing that love of dance with people – this may be the opportunity for you to make a difference to people’s lives as part of a dedicated dance team.

This role works as part of a team to develop and manage a programme of in-house and outreach participation opportunities and projects focused on health and wellbeing outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Engagement, you will produce, devise and deliver dance projects with a wide range of partners in the community. A significant part of this role will be managing our Parkinson’s Dance and “Connected Minds: Dance”, our new dance programme for young people delivered in partnership with Dorset MIND.

This is a part time, maternity cover for an initial term of 8 months with potential that this might be extended for a further month or more.

£25,000 pro rata / 22.5 hours per week

The post will be based at our lovely venue in Bournemouth.
