As part of Dance City's continuing commitment to support the development of professional artists, the Professional Dance Artist programme offers FREE daily class for professional artists. These classes are suitable for those who are at a professional standard. This class will begin with a warm up of yoga for dancers and aerialists with Lynn and Jane who are yoga teachers, dancers and aerialists.
It will then follow with an hour of improvised movement with structures and provocations from Lynn - this work is grounded in Lynn’s work as a Dance Psychotherapist and Movement Medicine teacher.
