About
Attendees can expect a natural progression through a warm up, improvisation and technical exercises. Closely exploring lines, flow and attention to technique, I hope for you to leave class feeling mobile and strong.

Cassandra Tattersall is currently an independent dancer based in London, after recently relocating from Melbourne, Australia. Graduating from Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School (VCASS) in 2016 and Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, Cass has undergone many years of technical and collaborative training.
Cass has developed a strong self-lead practice established through improvisational skills and varied movement techniques, and mind/body awareness. This practice continues to hold major importance in contributing to her movement development throughout class and collaboration. Her keen interest in dance videography saw the development of her films ‘nodus tollens’ (2021) and ‘mine (dreamers interlude)’ (2022). In 2022, Cass performed in ‘Multitud’ choreographed by Tamara Cubas for Rising: Melbourne and ‘Body Crysis’, led collaboratively by Harrison Hall, Sam Mcglip and Naxsfuture as part of the Neighbourhood Contemporary Art Festival.
The start of 2023 has seen Cass work on multiple developments under the direction of Jenni Large for ‘Wet Hard’ and Erin O’Rourke for ‘Object-Shun,’ whilst furthering her professional development through secondments. These secondments offered her mentorship from the likes of Melanie Lane, Cindy Welik-Salgado, Jenni Large, Australian Dance Theatre and Australiasian Dance Collective. Cass has recently performed in the reprise of ‘Body Crysis’ led collaboratively by Harrison Hall, Sam Mcglip and Naxsfuture for Melbourne’s Now or Never festival before Cassandra Tattersall is currently an independent dancer based in London, after recently relocating from Melbourne, Australia. The shared love for movement and connection in class always excites Cass and they are keen to move with new people in new places :)
