As part of Dance City's continuing commitment to support the development of professional artists, the Professional Dance Artist programme offers FREE daily class for professional artists. These classes are suitable for those who are at a professional standard.

Alex’s contemporary class focuses on maintaining fluidity and momentum, through high physical movement sequences. The class is specifically designed to challenge, cardiovascular fitness, core strength and upper body strength. This will be executed through a variety of contemporary movement genres that are accessible to all.
